TS-vacation. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions for a TS-vacation? I want to go somewhere where there are a lot of beautiful TS. I know of course about Thailand and Brazil, but how about the other latinamerican countries? And my preferences are that it should be warm and lower costs than in europe.
