Munich, Frankfurt and the area around Bonn have a fairly healthy number of shemales working for a living, usually around the 100-150 euro mark and that is generally the price point most aim for. Being purely English speaking in my opinion is not a huge drawback as most Germans will speak some English, enough to haggle and get by
